The course curriculum, sessions & campus visits are scheduled by the respective Institutions, and are subject to change as per the Institute’s policy and requirement.

Kindly go through our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and other policies available on the website that govern the use of the Platform and Programs. Each Program may have a separate set of terms & conditions dealing with refunds, referrals, payments, etc. These terms and conditions are applicable to each source that we use to communicate or announce anything, inclusive of Whatsapp groups, Social Media Handles, Email/SMS/Phone communications and other forums hosted by Manokit, which shall be deemed to be a part of the platform.

You should be aware that certain parts of the Platform, as mentioned above, are provided by the Institutes themselves, which includes the curriculum, session schedules, campus visit schedule and you agree & acknowledge to abide by their terms and conditions as they can cancel any batch or session as per their convenience. Manokit shall not be responsible for any disruption of services caused by the Institutes.

Manokit can change these Terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice. You should review this page regularly in order to stay updated. Manokit makes no representations that the Platform is legally permitted to be operated in all geographic areas, or that the Platform, or information, services or products offered through the Platform are appropriate or available for use in every locations.

Code of Conduct to Use the Website & Other Related Platforms

Registering at this Website does not entitle you to the right of admission/selection for any course. The Company Selection Committee reserves the right to select or reject a candidate without any notice or assigning any reason whatsoever. Whether you are an enrolled professional with Manokit or are simply browsing the educational platform, once you have reached any of our platform or program, we will consider you as a ‘user’ for the purpose of these Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for all your activities in connection with the use of any information given on our portal.

Through these Terms & Conditions you hereby agree to fully obey all the applicable laws, and regulations in connection with such use. You shall not resort to any unethical practices while using our website or any other platform governed by Manokit.

You acknowledge and agree that Manokit has complete right to report any suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate legal authorities without giving any prior notice to you.

During your use of the Manokit website or any other platform governed by Manokit, you will:

• Not harass/ influence other enrolled professionals, support agents or visitors.
• Not create an atmosphere of disharmony, hostility within student or institute discussion groups.
• Not cheat on any assessments given to you.
• Not post negative comments online demeaning any of the institutes or Manokit as their technology partner.
• Not disrespect the faculty or interrupt online sessions.
• Will notify the coordinators team immediately if you are unaware any of the updates related to the sessions, study material or campus visits.
• Will maintain all content in the account including but not limited to academic content, assessments, email/SMS content, profile information and current billing and contact information.
• Will maintain Email/mobile phone number list and Address Book maintenance including opt-out contact information and immediate removal of opt-outs and bounces from email/mobile phone number lists and the address book,
• Payment of all agreed course fees
• Will take full responsibility for all activity associated with your use of this Website and services and
• Will compliance with all other obligations set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

If you will not follow the code of conduct, then Institute will have all its rights to cancel your admission without notifying you, and Manokit will have no role in it. If any student tries to malign the Premium Institutions, or do not respect any of the senior faculty members, or misbehave during online sessions or write negative/ irrelevant comments demeaning the institution can be expelled at that very moment without any warning. Manokit will not be able to help you in any of the above circumstances as it’s solely Institute’s decision.

Consent by User

By accessing and using this Website, you provide your specific consent to the Website to use and collect the information provided by you. Please note that for any information provided by you on the Website, it will be deemed that:

User Registration & Services

In order to get registered on our platform, you need to sign up using your personal account by providing email address and other necessary details. Payment structure is available on the website as well as brochures, you can wither pay the complete amount in one go or EMI plans area also available for your convenience.

Modifications

Manokit reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Program or sessions or campus visits, or to alter, modify or rearrange the schedule of topics, as well as the point value or other such evaluations of progress as per the direction of the Institute. You also understand that Manokit, at its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend your use of the platform provided during the tenure and/or all provided services related to the programs, such as access to study material, groups wherein you can contact the faculty, evaluation services, or certifications.

If at all, you no longer wish to use the provided platform or associate with the organization or want to drop out of your course, you may terminate your participation by giving notice to Manokit. Professionals who are enrolled with Manokit shall be notified to such classes via email. If you are unable to attend an online live session, don’t worry our in-house LMS will be providing you with all the session recordings.

Educational Partners and Certification

Manokit is not a University or Institute or college, but an Educational Service and Technology provider, offering Executive Programs and Post Graduation Programs in association with Indian Institutes, Universities, Colleges and Education Partners.

The certificates as shown on the website/brochure is a sample certificate, the original might vary depending upon the Institute. Any information to be added or removed from the certificate is completely in the hands of the institute/university you are enrolled with, Manokit is only a distributor and has no control over the changes made by the Institute. We are only the service and technology providers, hence have no role in making changes in the curriculum, session schedules, certificate layout, campus visits schedule, or any sort of study material that is provided to each enrolled professionals.

Limited License

The services on the Platform of Manokit are licensed legally, not sold. In consideration for your agreement to these Terms, Manokit as a technology and service provider of Premium Institutes & colleges grants you license to access and use the information and curriculum provided on the Platform and Programs, solely in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and other policies mentioned on the website. You are allowed to download or copy content that is available on our portal for personal use only. Any commercial use of our content would be considered as breeching of terms and conditions policy and strict action will be taken against the responsible individual.

Online Payment Terms

The following section states the Terms and Conditions which will be applicable to the user using the Company’s online payment process for various courses/services offered by us. Please read this page carefully. If these Terms & Conditions are not acceptable to you, please do not use this process. By using Company’s online payment process, You are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Manokit reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

• User information entered during the online payment process is kept secure and confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, other than the payment gateway service provider.
• The Company will not be held responsible for any damages the user may suffer as a result of using the payment process. The user agrees and shall defend, indemnify, save and hold the Company harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims that may arise or result from the incorrect use of the online payment process or any other causes attributable to the user.
• The Company will not be responsible for any refunds arising out of any failures in online payments in case the amount gets deducted from user’s saving/current account and does not get credited in the Company’s account before the transaction is complete. Users, in this case, will have to contact either the Bank or Us to clarify the same.
• In no event will the user be eligible for the refund of the payment made online.
• Refunds which are subject to the company’s policy will be made to the instrument used while making payment. No refunds would be done through cash.
• Receipts of online payments along with confirmation of admissions by Manokit should be maintained by the user safely, as this will be a pre-condition for processing any refund.
• It is the user’s responsibility to ensure payment of full fees as applicable. Such payment of fees by or on behalf of the user does not in itself constitute acceptance of user’s candidature for the course. When the user successfully completes the online payment transaction using credit/debit cards option, funds will be deducted from the credit/debit card mentioned by the user and the payments will be credited to the Company. Any payment received through this website will be treated as having been made by the user, even though the same may have been made by some other person/party, in such event, the Company shall not be liable to entertain any correspondence from any person other than the user’s parents/guardian.

Law and Jurisdiction

You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute (claim) you have with Manokit arising out of or relating to this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy document exclusively in India, regardless of where you reside. The laws of the Republic of India will govern this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy document, as well as any claim that might arise between you and Manokit, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The courts in Dehradun alone have jurisdiction in relation to any claim or action arising out of, or in connection with, the Terms of Use and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such forum.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
